As International Marketing Director at Global Citizen, I led the European marketing strategy for Global Citizen Live, the organisation’s largest and most ambitious campaign to date.
The campaign achieved a 36 million international reach across owned and operated channels, mobilising audiences around the world to take action on issues of poverty, climate change, and global equity.
I successfully launched the Global Citizen brand in France for the first time, driving over 253,000 citizen actions, representing 20% of total global actions during the campaign. In the UK, our partnership with the BBC brought the event to over 5 million viewers, while two of London’s most recognisable landmarks, the London Eye and BT Tower, were illuminated to amplify the campaign’s message of global solidarity.
This project was a powerful demonstration of how coordinated storytelling, cross-market strategy, and creative partnerships can unite people worldwide around shared purpose and tangible action.
